Add 25 new wallpapers, split gallery into wallpaper-gallery/

Move the wallpaper gallery docs into wallpaper-gallery/ (index +
alphabetical a-d/e-m/n-r/s-z pages) so the growing list stays readable,
and link the new structure from README.
