Add 25 new wallpapers, split gallery into wallpaper-gallery/

Browse Source 
Move the wallpaper gallery docs into wallpaper-gallery/ (index +
alphabetical a-d/e-m/n-r/s-z pages) so the growing list stays readable,
and link the new structure from README.

- [E - M](e-m.md) — 19 wallpapers (`firewatch_purple.png` to `melting_astro.jpg`)
- [N - R](n-r.md) — 18 wallpapers (`mountain-snow-minima.jpg` to `rm-rf.jpg`)
- [S - Z](s-z.md) — 16 wallpapers (`shiny-colors.png` to `yosemite-lowpoly.jpg`)
