Signing and notarization need `APPLE_CERTIFICATE`, `APPLE_CERTIFICATE_PASSWORD`, `APPLE_SIGNING_IDENTITY`, `APPLE_ID`, `APPLE_PASSWORD`, and `APPLE_TEAM_ID` as repository secrets; the workflow picks them up automatically once they exist.
